Full Journal pdf2020-03-19 House Journal Page 1957 HB 290 Representative Johnston, Co-chair of the Finance Committee, moved and asked unanimous consent that the five-day notice requirement in Uniform Rule 23(a) be waived so the Finance Committee can hear the following today at 1:30 p.m.: HOUSE BILL NO. 290 "An Act establishing an alternative to arrest procedure for persons in acute episodes of mental illness; relating to emergency detention for mental health evaluation; and relating to licensure of crisis stabilization centers." 2020-03-19 House Journal Page 1958 There was objection.
